Your Role:

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our store in Mall of Berlin. You will lead and motivate the team, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales performance.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve set targets
• Ensure a high level of customer service and an inspiring in-store experience
• Manage scheduling, reporting, and daily administrative tasks
• Monitor stock levels and collaborate with head office on replenishment
• Drive sales and implement strategies to improve store performance

 

 

What We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has previous experience as a Store Manager or in a leadership role within retail
• Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills
• Has a genuine interest in beauty, skincare, and especially K-beauty
• Is organized, results-driven, and proactive
