We are seeking a Supply Chain Lead (m/f/d) for our client, a leading global technology company in the field of consumer electronics and mobile communications, in Düsseldorf.

 

 

 

These are your responsibilities

 

• Responsible for the implementation of contractually agreed logistics services at the regional level in cooperation with subcontractors, logistics companies, and customers
• Responsible for monthly delivery plans
• Production demand planning and forecasting
• Responsible for on-time delivery according to project requirements
• Coordinating, managing, and evaluating subcontractors within the supply chain
• Supporting the Head of Supply Chain in establishing regional structures and interfaces
• Creating logistics status reports
• Supporting the Finance Manager and the local finance department with monthly sales and invoicing processing
• Supporting the development of procedures to ensure the on-time delivery of installation materials to the warehouse
• Creating hardware service plans for the customer and ensuring adherence to defined targets
• Supporting the Maintenance Manager in contract negotiations with customers and service providers

 

 

 

 

 

Your qualifications:

 

• Experience in logistics and hardware services in the mobile communications market or a comparable industry
• Ability to collaborate with various partners and subcontractors, as well as to monitor, evaluate, and manage the performance of individual partners and partner networks
• Experience with import/export and customs regulations
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience with SAP
• Fluent English and Korean required; German skills are an advantage
• Reliable, confident, and assertive
