Business Support (m/f/d)

Samsung C&T Deutschland GmbH, a subsidiary of Samsung C&T Corporation based in Seoul, Korea, has been active in the field of import and export trade since 1975. The company has played a pivotal role in the successful development of new business areas for the Samsung Group. We are currently seeking to recruit talented individuals for our Chemical Team and Carbon Steel Team. Business language is English.

As a member of the Chemicals Team or Carbon Steel Team, the role will involve the following tasks:

Your tasks:

• Supporting external sales activities by operating the supply chain of chemical/steel sales

• Order management, including contract, AR/AP (booking via SAP), stock
• Manage/improve a database (or portal)
• Perform performance tracing/evaluation on suppliers/customers, logistic partners
• Cooperate and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure the smooth running of the business

• Optimize processes and operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Managing effective communication with stakeholders to build and maintain positive relationships
• Perform other assigned tasks and projects as required

Your profile:

• Work experience in related field (such as Logistic, order management etc).
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, statistics or a related field
• Very good Korean and English language skills.
• An active and positive attitude
• Strong business tool skills (e.g. Excel, SAP)
• A fast learner, with creativity and good communication skills
• Intercultural competence
• Good knowledge of an ERP system (preferred: SAP)
