                         Inside Sales (m/f/d) Sales Order process (SOP)

                              Location: Eschborn near Frankfurt am Main

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

• Direct communication with customers by email, messenger and phone for all business inquiries
• Handling Sales Orders and backlog Management
• Manage delivery and regular price updates
• Prepare RMA – Credit-/Debit notes
• Registration of customer part numbers
• Manage demand Forecast
• Follow up internal sales process in SAP
• Coordination of Monthly sales goal in team environment

 

 

 

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in this field
• Strong handling of common MS Office Excel and MS Office programs
• Structured, responsible, independent and proactive way of working
• Distinct analysis and teamwork skills, customer, service and solution-oriented appearance
• Fluent English and German language skills, spoken and written
• SAP experience
