[Position Overview]  

Job Title: Marketing Director (Germany)   

Reporting To: Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)   

Work Location: Medit Europe GmbH  

 

 

 

[Key Responsibilities]  

Strategic Marketing Planning 

• Develop, implement, and oversee tailored marketing strategies for the EMEA digital dentistry market, aimed at achieving business goals such as revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition.  
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to continuously refine marketing strategies.  

 

 

Brand Positioning & Management 

• Lead brand strategy and positioning to strengthen Medit’s presence in target EMEA markets.  
• Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and touchpoints, reinforcing Medit’s global brand values.  

 

 

Campaign Development & Execution 

• Plan, execute, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging digital, content, and traditional marketing channels.  
• Collaborate with the Chief Commercial Officer and Marketing & Product Specialist Group Leader at HQ to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.  
• Monitor campaign performance, ensuring metrics-driven improvements to maximize ROI.  

 

 

 

Customer Engagement & Stakeholder Management 

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention, focusing on the unique needs of EMEA dental customers.  
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), partners, dealers, and distributors in the region to drive brand advocacy.  
• Actively gather and share customer insights to inform marketing initiatives and product positioning.  

 

 

 

[Qualifications] 

Education 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (Master’s preferred) 

 

Experience 

• A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in a marketing management role.  
• Strong understanding of commercial marketing principles, including market analysis, campaign strategy, and brand management.  
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver results within specified timelines.  
• Experience in digital dentistry marketing, with a focus on EMEA markets preferred. 
• Track record of managing international or multi-market campaigns preferred. 
• Understanding of emerging marketing trends in the dental and healthcare industries preferred.  

 

 

Skills 

• Exceptional communication and execution skills, especially within a matrix organization.  
• Ability to commute daily to the Medit Europe GmbH office in Frankfurt.  
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
