For our Frankfurt office, we are looking for a SCM Specialist / Assistant Sales Management (m/f/d) to strengthen our team as soon as possible.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Work closely with assigned sales staff and assist with administrative activities
  • Carrying out order processes from ordering to delivery of orders for national and international markets
  • Create and be responsible for timely transmission of order confirmation, monitoring of the order, organization and execution of transport as well as invoicing
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable import and export regulations as well as documentation
  • Coordinating relevant issues with customers, warehouses and forwarding agents as well as internal interfaces such as Sales, Accounting and HQ, by telephone and E-mail in English
  • Responding to Customer complaints regarding packaging condition, loss or misdelivery that occurred during delivery
  • Support in customer escalation processes
  • Introduction and optimization of processes in your own work area
  • Ensuring smooth processes and the completion of specially assigned projects
  • Inside Sales work for new customer registration, credit check, account registration, etc.
  • AR Management for reporting to Finance team, expediting overdue, etc.
  • Stock Management and Investigation
  • Monthly closing work for Sales report, Stock report, etc.
  • General administrative support for correspondence with the head office, preparation of requested reports, maintenance of master data, processing of incoming and outgoing mail, updating and archiving of files, control of text translations or their coordination, etc.

 

Experience Requirements / Competencies:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with focus on Logistics or Supply Chain Management or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in import/export business is preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient with MS office programs (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SAP (ERP) system preferred
  • Business-fluency in English and Korean, additionally knowledge of German is preferrable
