For our company LGCEG we are looking for Internship SCM Logistics (m/f/d) to strengthen our team as quickly as possible (6 Months period).

What you will be doing:

• You will support for purchase orders and the preparation of sales invoices
• You will support for preparation of import declaration
• You will support our Supply Chain Manager to ensure and coordinate the stock quantities to be kept, including delivery order processing to the parent company, incoming and outgoing posting
• You will support and monitor compliance with warehousing and logistics service contracts
• You will support our Supply Chain Manager for the complete handling of the transport chain and logistical processes
• You will support our Supply Chain Manager by the tracking of supplier contracts, checking and entering supplier invoices
• You will support for the monthly stock analysis and inventory
• You will support for customer care and the handling of customer complaints
• You will support for active participation and assistance in the preparation of monthly and annual closing and statistical reports.

Experience Requirements / Competencies:

• Knowledge and skills in MS Office
• Fluent in English (Korean and German is optional)
• Customer and service-oriented mindset
• Structured, self-dependent, problem-solving and precise way of working
